Hey guys, Im releasing my Master and Commander music pack. I've been wanting to update it for a long time now, but never got around to it. Since someone asked me about this mod in another thread, it motivated me to get it done.

Im still tweaking it here and there, but hopefully I'll be able to submit it by the end of the day.

[edit] Is there any chance that it´ll be on the homepage for download? I´ve got some difficulties with the FTP server using both IE and Firefox, and I can´t install an ftp client here.

Who was it who said he's making one with Monkey Island music ? Maybe he can be motivated to finish it, too?

Nah not yet, ill have it up in a jiffy I was waiting for OP to say its finished, ive uploadied it to the main server though, just have not deleted it from the public folder.

Ok, so do I add these two the music thats there already because now I only have music at sea...?

You should copy the music folder just incase you want to go back to the old music, but yes, just drag and drop the files in the folder.

But which one´s the duett with Aubrey and the doctor at the end of the movie? It´s definitely my favourite tune and I thought it perfect for world map sailing.

I just realized, I have the old file, just downloading V2.
 
Thats one of the songs I cut from this pack, but if you have V.1 you could always take it out from there and add it on, just rename the file.

Did you use the ogg converter program on some Russian POTC site? I dunno if it's found its way over to the `English-speaking` audience but I stumbled across it the other day and thought it was neat. Haven't used it yet, but it says it converts ogg/mp3/wav, maybe some others, all back and forth, but only 10 conversions on the free download.
 
I found that same one your talking about. I used the Ashampoo MP3 Audio Center, it lets you use it free for 15 days, and 20 more if you register. It lets you record in MP3, WAV and OGG and vice versa. You could also d/l the Ashampoo player which lets you play the .ogg files. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bounce.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":b:" border="0" alt="bounce.gif" />

I´d love to take the v1 file, if I knew which one it is. At least, I think I got v1, because that´s the one that was for dl just as I asked if the new one was for upload already.
 
I explain why I took it out in V.2. If you have V.1, the name of the file is Ship_victory01. If you want to overwrite the song thats in place there, rename it to Spokplavanie. But if you want to add it, your going to have to open up the music_alias file and add an extra line.
