oh trust me, MANY people will enjoy this, including ME!
some of the US patriots like Commodore JPJ will probably like a US emblem.
i don't know whether there is one in the one you already uploaded or not, but just as an idea that US people probably will enjoy, well atleast the civilians and naval officers will <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />.
 
I'm glad. Thanks for the compliment. It's uploading onto the ftp as I'm typing (thanks for the link Pieter). I posted this a few back, but here is all of the sails included on green sails. (but don't worry, they come on 9 other colors too).

That looks great, BIGdaddyLOU! I don't think the game supports differently coloured sails properly yet, but I'll gladly add in all white/red/black sails that loook remotely realistic. If you don't like them, you don't have to use them. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
BTW: If you look at the sail files in the current Post Build 12 modpack, you'll see that on of the white pirate sails is, in fact, a Dutch emblem. However, this emblem is not available in red. Could you please make that emblem in red as well? Or did you already do that? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

i just had a look at them, and i loved them!
but, i noticed that the one i asked for wasn't as clear as the pic i put up.
could you bump up the clarity of the coat of arms?
or maybe bump up its size in comparison to the sail?
which ever makes it clearer.
it looked a bit blurred

Not the national sail that is used by the game for Dutch ships. In the Post Build 12 mods, one of the Pirate sails is actually an older Build 11 Dutch sail that I added to the modpack asd pirate sail, because I liked it so much. However, it's not available in red. If you look through the sail .tga.tx files, you'll find it. It's a Dutch logo (Amsterdam logo, actually, with three x's above each other and two lions holding the coat of arms).

Here you go. I had to replace the shield though, it didn't look good when I cleaned the image up so I used the shield from the national sail. I will also make it in all other colors (even build colors since it is slightly different). Let me know if it is what you want before I add it to the file.

I'm going to post the template I used with a brief (hopefully <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> ) tutorial so anyone with a capable drawing program (preferrably Adobe Photoshop) can make thier own. After the amount of time it took me to make this download, I realized there was no way I could take requests as I said I could. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":facepalm" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" /> Finals are coming up and I just don't have the time. Sorry.

Will you make them in torn versions as well? Doesn't really matter if you don't. Red Dutch sails look cool, but torn red sails...? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
 
You know, I never really thought about making them torn and I'm not really sure I can. It depends on whether the transparency of the tx files will convert. Personally, I never really liked the torn ones despite the fact they do look good (They're no good when I visually gauge my sail damage). To be honest, I probably wont be able to try for a week or so. But I will let you know. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

But I finally finished the modified sails and I have included my templates and tutorials on how to use them and install them. Unfortunately, if you do not have Adobe Photoshop, or a program that will convert, you are out of luck using the templates. Make sure you have a tx converter too.
The modified Lord Nelson image is still #27 and the Dutch symbol pieter requested is #50. Because I am ridiculously busy, I will not be able to take requests; hence the templates. Have fun and enjoy. The updated file is still very large, but should be up on the FTP within the hour. (The file on FileFront is the old version) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/type_1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":nk" border="0" alt="type_1.gif" /> I tried to make these sails as 32bit tx files, if they don't work I will revert back to 16bit. Just let me know.
