The fixes of Levis have worked. The person came to me after hiring an officer and offered me a lesson on Aruba. Went there, but because I had a low level, he couldn't teach me anything. Also, the quest on the questbook was also closed after it.

It's not because you have a low level .
If you read the questbook it will say you need to wait till the next update for this to be aviable .

But good to hear it works now .
