What is the latest mod you have installed? The 30 May version from my site? There are several mor fixes in this file. Judging by other people's reports, the game works reasonably well with those fixes applied as well. Not perfectly yet, but I will try to add yet some more fixes today.

And the weapon mod... why in the god's name it affects pistols?? i can't repair a pistol.

What weapon mod do you mean exactly? The mod that makes blades and guns worn/average/good/etc.? That one can be turned off. Or the mod that makes blades decrease in quality by extensive usage? The blade damage mod doesn't apply to guns and can be turned off as well. Plus, like SuoiveD says, you CAN repair guns at the Conceicao blacksmith. Or do you mean the mod that requires bullets and powder to fire your pistols? That one can be turned off as well.

It's not a big thing to make an installer like this:
1-clean the files.(copy standard ones)
2-check boex i want this this and that installed
3- append to the cleaned files the codes required for each.

That most certainly IS a big thing to make. Making something like that would mean making an installer that would install, depending on the user's wishes, any of about 1000 different codebases or so. You might imagine that if you have an installer installing so many different things, there is bound to be a bug in the installer, messing up installations in certain cases. It will also cause major complications with bugfixing, because then the people bugfixing need to know exactly what mods you have installed, then try to figure out what would happen with that codebase. Bugfixing is much easier if everybody runs the same codebase, not if everybody runs a different codebase. Would make bugfixing virtually impossible! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
