Need Help Shore Of Mosquito bug

Hello guys...i have a problem with that shore because when i land there a certain silvio comes to me to say something but as soon the conversation starts there no words and i need to alt+f4 the game....i looked up on web and it seams to be a solution by modifying some doc. on word pad......DLG_TEXT and you need to right DLG_TEXT_TE..i've done that but same thing.....can someone tell me why?or maybe another solution?

Have you changed all 6 files from DLG_TEXT to DLG_TEXT_TE ?

(walkthrough) to see that you have picked up everything.

Then go back to a save before you land on Shores of Mosquito and start again & see if Silvio has dialog in his boxes.

If you are playing a modded version of the game - this bug should already be fixed - in which case something else has broken.
