I made a deal with smuggler on Barbados(Blaze Devlin storyline) to sell him some coffee, he said hell wait for me at the beach(cant remember exact name right now but its neither far beach nor lighthouse but the third one) but when i got there there was no one there, and my quest book holds no entry about that bushiness, i went to other two beaches to see if they are there by chance but no, they are not, i also went back to the said beach(devils throat i think or something similar) 3 times and nothing. It is very important to me since i invested about 90 percent of my gold into that coffee and if i resell it ill get only about 1/3 of my money back, not to mention that smuggler now wont take my offers because he says i must finish that deal first, here are my logs(i cant find error pad, must not have been made).

I will post compile log if needed but i saw no error report and it is very long so...
 
I have enabled error loging(at least i think i did, here is how it looks like tracefilesoff = 0

ill upload files, as for Talisman, his update is for the glitch where smuggler does not appear at tavern, to me he apears at tavern regularly(well on barbados at least) he just wont come to pick up his stuff from the beach.

The smuggling beaches on Barbados are Grey Rock Bay - Lighthouse - Far Beach.
You must get to the correct beach within 3 days of talking to the smuggler in the Tavern.
There are no quest book entries for the smuggling quest.

If you have a save before you talked to the smuggler in the tavern - you could use that to talk to him again - and keep using it & talking to him until he gives you a different beach to go to ( where there is more than one smugglers beach on an island they are randomly selected ) and then try that.

I will try and test all the Barbados beaches as soon as I can - ( I think when I last tried I got Lighthouse & everything worked Ok ).
 
I have tested all the beaches on Barbados - and the smugglers are on all of them ok - after you talk to the smuggler in either Bridgetown or Speightstown tavern
