Fixed Standard Storyline: Speightstown tavern dialog during Reconnoiter Mission

The tavernkeep Everhard has broken dialog when I went there to reconnoiter it and talk to the French Captain Massoni.

He starts off fine then loses it. This breaks the game right there.

You are not wrong. Extract attached to PROGRAM\DIALOGS to fix.

Turns out this was because I removed the character of "Mildred Backer" from the game altogether, because it seemed she wasn't used.
Apparently I was wrong; she's never seen and you never talk to her. Her dialog file doesn't even exist.
But she WAS used, just so that Everard Gordon could say her name.

So I just simplified the whole thing so that instead of looking for an existing character by the name of Mildred Backer,
he just says the name without all that unnecessary business. Simple does the trick....
