Sadly the 74 is long dead.it turned out to be too detailed to have more than one on the screen at a time.It was pretty much my first model for this game and I went a little crazy with the details.I learned alot from the 74 and used what I learned in the birth of the frigate.

I'd say goodbye to realism if anyone makes the Flying Dutchman... As it is it would take a fair amount of work to turn an existing ship into the film models seen here: <a href="http://www.the-bahama-islands.com/piratesofcaribbean.html" target="_blank">POTC2 ship pics</a>. Scroll down for the Dutchman stuff.
 
Hopefully AOP 2.5 engine will allow for more polgons fer ships,just a thought <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />
 
Yeah, she's missing her quarter gallerys and a full array of 7 stern windows, however, she's a fine looking vessel nonetheless, and the profile is quite consistant with the original plans for the L'Unite/Surprise. I'm looking forward to trying her out.

I come and go alot, due to real life stuff.And because getting a ship in game is alot of work as it is I dont get much time to work on them as I would like. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" /> If I got paid to build them that would be great and I would spend every hour I could on them ,but I dont . I know a few of you guys know what I mean.bottom line I made a promise and I plan to stick to it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> you will be sailing her soon enough. once I get a new copy of potc.
 
<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" /> I got the files in hand again.Gonna make sure I have them all.than pack them up and put them on the ftp tonight.As is, no fancy installer you all should know where to put them, I set them up to replace the frigate1 folder and the walk file also replaces the frigate1 file so use your head and back it up before you install,the texture wont overwrite anything.I will let you know when it up there in this thread.
