Yes.
And now i have got to antiqua and went in naval store.
Then i have got there a package of the store man for cuttler becket and then in the quest book says that he got that package and he opened it carefully and found a piece map of the Cortez treasure
 
If you did Ming's questline go and see Ming's in his study

You DID get the whole Tia Dalma scene, right? If not, go to Antigua Muscetto Cove.

Yes,I did it.I went on Antigua Muscetto Cove And after that i go back to Spiegfish or someting Oxbay and then i got a quest to go back and invest that compas.I go back to antigua,And i go to the NAVAL STORE!THere i get an quest to deliver a package to Cuttler Becket.And then I return to Redmond And I can't get in the residence of cutler Becktet.
HELP!

Beckett hates you now because you stole the ship.
Head to Oxbay and try going up the stairs next to the shipyard. If this doesn't work go to the Lighthouse and run up to the lighthouse until you find a black lady <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
 
i didnt tryied to start a new game yet,i deleted the whole thing and now im reinstaling it..hope that works(i have the feeling that some files are missing and that's why the npcs arent there)

Sorry for double post but IT IS NECESARY.
I instaled the game again and when i play "afoot" everything works fine but when i set sail the water turn black and i cant do anything else..the game stucks (i can press F1 and quit the game tho and F2..so the menu's work)
damn
What should i do?

What version of the Build Mod are you trying to install?

A double post is when a person asks the same question in multiple threads. That is what annoys us <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> (we will get to it when we do, so to speak)
 
Water turns black? HUH? Does that happen only after installing the mods?

I think I experienced this once when I didn't install Build 14 Alpha 1 right. (forgot to remove a folder)
 
It's just the PROGRAM folder that you HAVE to remove. And only if you DON'T install Build 14 Alpha 9.5 afterwards.
And if you forget that, black water would be the LEAST of your worries! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock" border="0" alt="piratesing.gif" />
 
I have instaled it again i deleted the folder and everything works fine..and i really missed somefiles first time! now i see new loading screens and the "fast traveling" icons arent so f**ked up...
i tryied that quest with beckett tho and now he just doesnt appear in the port QQ

Tells us exactly what you did to get to the port. So we can duplicate it
 
And if you use Enter>Port to moor instead of F3? Does he appear then?
 
i decided to do the drunken' man storyline again and when i try to moor in tortuga the whole Fort atacks my ship(even if i raised the flag,moved to arcade mode and then sailed to tortuga)
who know's why the heck they are still atacking me?

Sail out of range of the island... go to relation menu: click personal, then pirate
Sail back to Tortuga. WOLA

By out of range I mean... Sail to Turks or Cuba in World map and do the flag change then sail back to Tortuga, is that what you did?
