what kind of multiplayer? only deathmatch? or can we sail with friends across
the caribbean sea? a pirate game with a good multiplayer will be better than sex.

Howdy all,

Does anyone know if u also will be able to walk around your decks?

I mean go 1 deck lower then your maindeck, (gunsdeck, cargodeck etc.)

In POTC you will be able to fight on decks in a ship when u enter one, I hope u also will be able to walk around it without having a fight.

I am looking forward to this game!!!!!

Ok, I must admit that I'm so excited I'm about to spray my shorts here. I'm even posting on a message board <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock:" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" /> . That bieng said, although I HATE to be a cynacyst here, has anyone confirmed that this person is who he says he is and not a cruel prankster? Believe me, I WANT to believe so badly, but is it really going to happen after all these years? Will I Finally be able to duel my familly and friends in the best ship combat system of all time (not historically speaking, but fun factor wise)?

But that page is definately for corsairs 2 not 1. either they changed their mind and he had out of date info or he is a liar to at least some degree. no mention of several of the things he said on that site.
 
Col. Sanders. Yeah I talk to the guys at Akella and Alex does work for them. Ill be squeezing as much as i can out of him from now on <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Regarding the multiplayer, i can be 99% sure it wil NOT be a pay per play situation it would be setting up a server and going from there.

That's the kind of multiplayer I like. Not the usual grind you get from MMORPGs. Being able to go head to head with others or even working together with someone else to rule the big blue would just plain rock.

Fred Bob, I know you have fun with BFPirates, and I've often wanted to join in, but I don't have BF1942 and - in other cases <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/oops3.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eek:ops2" border="0" alt="oops3.gif" /> I just don't have $ to spend on online gaming every month! So if it's true that this Age of Pirates multi does not cost, well HECK... !!!
