Tips!

Nothing was done with that. I just think that's how it SHOULD work, even though nobody ever made it work so.

It works REPEATINGLY? I know there's something in those chests at the start of the game, but I don't think they should be automatically refilled with stuff. wacko.gif <!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Yes it does. I plundered my own ship about forty times now. Everytime I went to deck to speak with my prisoners I also check the chests and boxes. They are always filled with new items.<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/poet.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hmm" border="0" alt="poet.gif" /> thats allways been there,it's like that in the Stockgame! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

You can't access your own ship's locations at all in the stock game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

you couldn't walk on your ship in the stock game, so that's impossible. but i assume that you mean that it was like that in the stock game while boarding, right?

another tip: if you decide to start the game with a gunboat, (which is actually fun) ditch the ammo and gunpowder, fire the crew that you don't need (as you wont be needing the cannon anyway) until you have a skeleton crew (altough one or two extra can be usefull due to casualties) and buy 20 wheat and 10 rum. that's all you need to manage your gunboat. the rest is simply excess. note: it's possible that that amount of wheat and rum wont fit on your dinghy, so you could also experiment a little and find out how many days you would need to travel to another island and take the required amount plus stocks for two days with you. a good example to experiment with this is sailing from cuba two douwesen or from douwesen to conceciao. those are the furthest two distances.

Right. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> I just took it from my own chests and boxes which are refilled permanently by magic invisible hands. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

here's a tip for all those who are still wondering about it: you CAN fit through the antigua passage with a manowar. i tried it, and there's more than enough room on each side.
