For the waves to look realistic should be taken a value between the highest and the lowest possible. That's how it will represent all conditions. And this is much wavier than it is now.
Will this mod be released as a singular version compatible with any other mod ? More of a patch to the game it seems is needed.

The eccentricity of the waves depends on the weather. It can be quite wavy and choppy - so much so that you have to wait until you roll on top so that your guns will hit the enemy instead of the water.

This will be released as a separate mod when I get the GOF Historical ERAs mod done. All good things are worth waiting for....

It sounds cool to tweak it the way you say. In the meantime, I have released a mini-mod which brings higher waves into the normal weather conditions.
