Solved where can i find the island that cant be found to get the flying dutchmen

can anyone help me where to find the island to get the flying dutchmen with the storyline tales of a sea hawk

Go to the Tortuga tavern and look around. That should help you on your way.

Oh yes it can be found. It can only be found when using a compass that does not point North. But we aren't trying to find North.

So, I'm going to give you another clue : Go talk to Gibbs (In the pirate's best place to stay) And then he'll give you a compass that doesn't point north, after that A little island will appear on the map. You go there and talk to intresting man... Ships are expensive, but i isn't problem in this game
