That suggests it could be a mod install error...Something seems to be wrong with Oxbay_Port.
That's also my guess, what I would do in your place @Ivan20100, is to uninstall the game and delete any files left over, except the save files if you have some I would back them up.That suggests it could be a mod install error...
There should be a way to make PotC run only on the Nvidia GPU, so you won't need the Intel fix.I have two video cards Nvidia and Intel

After that install the game and the mod once more.
Tell us if it still persists.
