F2 work, but when I go to sea

I get this error
 
Anything in system.log about missing ".gm" files by any chance?

Alternatively, sea + black screen means you could try the Intel fix.

Something seems to be wrong with Oxbay_Port.
 
That suggests it could be a mod install error...
That's also my guess, what I would do in your place @Ivan20100, is to uninstall the game and delete any files left over, except the save files if you have some I would back them up.
After that install the game and the mod once more.

Tell us if it still persists.

I have two video cards Nvidia and Intel
There should be a way to make PotC run only on the Nvidia GPU, so you won't need the Intel fix.
