    I have the latest Beta installed. I remember one used to be able to attack a street merchant with poisoned throwing knives or a thieve's knife, and steal their loot. This doesn't seem to be possible anymore, I always just end up with 10 gold. Is there a special way to do it, or is it just luck...

    Not sure about the soldiers but yes my difficulty is above Apprentice. I don't remember if it's the next level above, or two levels above. I can't find an obvious way to check that, where can I see my current difficulty level? And is there any way to change it after you start a new game?

    I did everything I was supposed to, but when I sail to Muscetto Cove, Tia Dalma is not there. From what I've seen this is a somewhat common problem; has it been resolved yet? I have the latest mod (14b1 with patch). Is there something else I need to do?
