Have you had a look through the Tool's accompanying ReadMe file? You can try sending a PM to High Sea Lass or Inez Dias. They would know. They're not very active anymore though, so I don't know if they'd reply.
 
now i know how to make skell <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> allmost finished
 
YES! the animation works, now he can be used in the game (no textures <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dev.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":d:" border="0" alt="dev.gif" />) how can i look at him, on the front side?
 
now he is in game and the animations works fine, it´s just that there is some holes in the model :p i will fix that <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Pieter, i realy need you to tell me how to make him textures, he dont have any one..... and then maby thomas the terror or some one more skilled than me at teturing can make them <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Then it's not the same model.

Why will you make him a hat when you say he already has one?

Have you tried him ingame yet? Do you have a screenshot of that? Is he also texture-less ingame?
I don't actually know how to make a proper texture map from scratch for a character model. For my <a href="http://www.avsim.com/vs" target="_blank">Virtual Sailor</a> ships I always just used simple texture maps that are plane- or box-shaped and for the mapships mod I just kept the original texture maps. Can't you somehow retain the original texture map for Jack?
 
He dont ahev any colours in the game, I think that is realy strange coz there is a texture file (depp)

Assign the model to an officer or set LOC_CAMERA 1 in BuildSettings.h and walk to a door or town gate.
Have you tried my suggestion of making a new material with the depp texture file in 3DS MAX and applying that to the model?
 
I don't have 3DS MAX installed anymore, so I can't check anymore how it worked. You need to add a new material with the button that has four spheres on it. Then you need to select the texture file somewhere down on the page. Then there is some button with a white-and-blue chessboard pattern on a cube that you need to press for the texture to show up in the 3D editing scene.
 
hmm, Cant find it, I find the 4 spheres but not where i can import textures.
