And BTW... Invetory Items looks good with no background at all... Mightbe we don't need that coding at all... Just use alpha's with no background???? I'l post tomorow that items1.tga.tx on FTP, so eweryone could try and say what they think...

I must agree, looking at your picture, those items appear quite good with no font at all. I wouldn't mind if we chose to remove all of their background. Good job! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" />

That in the middle isn't so dark as looks... That becouse he's selected <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Now working on Items3.tga.tx... When finish it, Going to think about Items3+3.tga.tx... D**n, that be thinking... That flare with alpha <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />....

I am not sure what you mean, but another word for shine could be "glow". I see 3 steps of lightning of that .tx you mention:
I see 3-2.tga.tx is dark, 3+2.tga.tx is normal or glowing and 3+3.tga.tx is "shining". That shine on an item means "Exellent condition" as far as I remember?

But chances are 99.9%, THAT was NOT the answer you were looking for <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":sad" border="0" alt="icon_sad.gif" />
 
I meen, that I see the glowing on 3+2.tga... And I want to know, what photoshop efect can I use to have atleast similar result from 3 to 3+2... Becouse I can't find anny ...
 
Oh..quite sure that´s Smart Sharpen, I think and then Llightning effect. Both in "Filter".

What Akella did here was to make Item3+2.tga.tx as the default image and then Gaussian Blur (and maybe darken it a little, too) to the level of Item3.tga.tx. So you would Smart Sharpen Item3.tga.tx with the removal of any Gaussian Blur:
Load Item3.tga.tx, From the menu select "Filter" -> Sharpen -> Smart Sharpen. Leave the settings on "default", amount=100 and Radius 1.0 px(in the buttom) and select "Remove gaussian blur" in the buttom. Now, load Item3+2.tga.tx and compare the two images. See the similarity? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

If you are a nutpicker, you could then select the Lightning Effect, I am quite sure they are using directional light from 9 o´clock (left) but you should not move the "ambience" slider too much, maybe only 1-2 steps...your choice.
