yup. my bus had a problem with it's doors that took 15 minutes to fix, atop the time that it took to cram to double of the maximum allowed people into it. it was like: 'one fart, ten killings' <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" /> including the half hour that we had to wait because the first bus was full.

i added the church music to my post about my music pack.

YARGH! finally got me bloody skull. at 2000 posts i get henry morgan's bloody skull. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> (the flag people, the flag!)

Ye know, I like <i>Dinner is Served</i>... but the last half of the track!!! Sounds like a bloody circus! o_O Gah!

your song for the chirch is nicer in my opinion, but my song is more appropriate for the location. dinner is served is indeed really silly. it sounded especially funny in tha part of the film. the first part is a bit to short to make it a soundtrack by itself, but it's worth a try. by the way, it's 'chevaliers de sangreal'.
 
sorry for not answering. yes, if you dont mind, i would like the sound pack. if im not in the mood to do the full scale modding, i'll just take out the best, and replace mine.

working on Davy Jones's organ tune now

EDIT: FINALLY! after all these weeks of trying to get it to sound good, i've done it! Davy Jones is now relatively suitable for battles! now all we need is the Flying Dutchman, it's sea life coated sails, and Davy Jones [the character], and we have the complete effect! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/jackhat.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":j2" border="0" alt="jackhat.gif" />
 
AND, an organ mod, so we can play it ingame <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> love that part of the movie, when he plays the organ with his beard!

i remembered another song, for the sea battles. it's called 'morgan's ride' (how appropriate <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":))" border="0" alt="smile2.gif" /> ) and it's from cutthroat island. it has some pretty good bits in it.

i'll put it on the FTP server. remember: it's very likely that you will have to look at the music_aliases file!

uplaoding now, it will take a long time, but i'll inform you when it finally gets done.
 
ok..will do. in the mean time, i'll be playing an RPG as the one and only Davy Jones <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/jackhat.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":j2" border="0" alt="jackhat.gif" />. also, im uploading my aforementioned Davy Jones tune in my file. do what you like with it. it didn't cost me anything to do it, neither in time, or money, so i dont see why you should be restricted in changing it in any way with it. note that it's already in .ogg format. i tried it in the game. it's loud enough for a battle or a storm. what you choose is up to you <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/jackhat.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":j2" border="0" alt="jackhat.gif" />

uh...i just downloaded the FTP server, and every time, i just open the program, double click on FTP server when the program is already running, and it opens. no pasword at all.

oh, as a handy indication, my songs are catrgorized like this:

POC_etc. = pirates of the caribbean
CTI_etc. = cutthroat island
DVC_etc. = the da vinci code
no letters up front = miscellanious song with vocals.

it's taking so long that it seems as if i will have to continue with uploading tomorrow. about half of them will be up there tonight.
 
i've now decided to change the song for the main menu to a variation of the theme from 'the rock'. my music pack is definatly not going to be uploaded today.

I added Morgan's Ride into Build 13; It is in the main menu.
 
i know, but the version i have is from 'expeditie robinson', of which the music was based upon that theme. this version DOES fit.

DONE! come and get it if you want it on the FTP server. i did notice something though: when programming the lines of caode that play the track in, it doesn't matter if you use capitals or not.

sounds terrible when not in game. in game, it sounds fine.....especially in ship battles either against a rather creepy ship, or as a rather creepy ship *cough* Black Pearl *cough*...*cough* Flying Dutchman!*cough* <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/jackhat.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":j2" border="0" alt="jackhat.gif" />

in case you want my entire music pack, i'd not recommend it yet, cos there's still a little problem with it. i have to remove some tracks, because the land fight tracks don't play due to a too large overall space.

well, you might not find what you want anymore, cos i had to remove a lot of stuff to let all the tracks play. which they still don't.
 
Did you notice that Cap_Varok put a Flying Dutchman reskin onto the PotC FTP? I'll put her into the Build 14 Alpha, turned off by default, but available through code.
