Just install the full version on top of whatever you had installed before. That should work.

I just need to uninstall to reinstall the game again and so not leave files that occupy memory
You could do a clean reinstall with the files I posted there, yes. Can't hurt; that's for sure.
Delete the POTC folder. POTC is self contained with everything in that one folder. But depending on which mods you have now you might be able to just install Beta 3 on top of it ok. -
