Released The fluyt Derfflinger 1684

I made a small error on the chin sail on the Derfflinger and it is too small. This is a new one that fixes it for anyone that wants it now.
In POTC it goes in the POTC--->resource---->models---->ships---->SP_Derfflinger, and let it overwrite the old one.
This is the same sail for all three versions so to put it into the French and Dutch ships copy it and rename it to FR_Derfflinger and NL_Derfflinger and then drop it into those folders.
I don't know about COAS naming but it is probably the same except that the name most likely is Derfflinger1.
PS: I hope Pgargon fixes the flickering even though I suspect that it is a big job.

This is the later version of the Derfflinger without the high camera bug for COAS. It is a straight replacement for the existing one.
