    Yes in case the problem would come from thhe picture format, i tried with an original working picture from the game that shows properly with t=its ship (lugger) i renamed the texture as cutter's and replace the cutters by it. ANd it still doesn't work :no That's why i think the probllem is...

    Ouch sorry i did totally forget about this. :kev Ok here it is: First if you don't have it, download GM viewer from here. Once it is done launch any gm model from resource/model/ships. When you open the main gm file of a boat, it will show you the exact name of the texture assigned to it...
