[REL] New ships and characters

it crashes after the intro movies while its loading the main menue right? i had to reinstall to get it to work.
 
My compliments to whoever the shipwright was that designed and built the Heavy Lugger. What a beautiful ship! Good work to whoever is responsible.

edit : i'm just COAS_Characters mod install on my games.
 
That is because that model uses the animation man2 not man and after using the diving suit you get set animation man straight away. If you look around the forum I'm sure someone came up with a fix for having a female character that would work for Jack as well ;)
 
@ MoBucks: my game still crashes, I cant install the new ships! The games gets into the main-menu when I recopy the org. ship-program-files, but why?
 
hmm.. are you using JGME mod enabler? does the game work with a fresh install w/o this mod? may try redownloading the mod if thats the case
 
Hello, I have a small problem and I can't figure a way out to resolve it , so maby some one here can help me out.
I'm using the Character pack , with no problems , then I get to the quest where I have to retrieve the jade skull and enter the aztec city (managed to fix the problem with the dialog when you arrive). And here is where the strange thing is happening. I pass ,the jungle no problem , but when I get to the last part , right before the bridge ,my body becomes deformed , (hard to explain but you get the picture) I tryed removing the fix for the dialog , still the body remains or becomes deformed.
Any help will be appreciated.

I dont know, what to do and which models are bad!
 
No, that does not work. The Problem seems to be connected to the attempt in adding more ships!
 
I have not tried this mod yet but basing on my ship adding experience I'd recommend to check a couple of issues.

1. Some files with ships-goods-ect. descriptions have a counter (in the beginning of the code) which relies to total quantity of ships. Check its value. (and check ships.h and ships.c files)

2. As I see from the excel file galeoth_h is equiped with 8 lbs cannons. Are 8 lbs available in European version? In Russion version tey are not (without changing resource files). If they are not available in the original EU version the most simple way is to reequip it with 12 lbs.
 
What exactly shall I check in the ship.c and ship.h file?

guys, i'm playing with barbosa (jack really doesn't look like him without the hat) and finally i've got my hands on the black pearl, is there any way to change the sails color without having to start a new game? cause i don't think i like them white :/
