    Build 12 Sail Problem...

    For some reason I can't seem to get most of the new sail textures to work. I can only get the default, plain, and torn sails in white, black, or crimson. All the other options seem to be greyed out, so I can't use the PA logo, pirate emblems, or national emblems. Am I missing something here?
