Ahoy ta all o' ye in this here guild. ARR! I'm a pirate! I be new ta this here game. I played the original , then discovered this here guild, 'n' so downloaded the build 12 version.
I needs be say that the latter be a vast improvement.
I like the way the ship dwellers now fight aft when I rob them o' their treasures. I like the way I now do not die when me ship sinks, but I get cast adrift in a ship instead. I now get the occasional freeze, which be mangy. Blow the man down. 'n' when sailing, I noticed the hull damage line be at first now missing, until I engage the enemy. ARR! But otherwise, a vast improvement.
I be currently playin' two Nathaniels at once in the same game, just ta see who wins first. By winning, I mean ownin' every port, not finishin' the gams.
The first be risin' through the ranks o' tthe Royal Navy with his deadlight on the Governor's daughter. The other be a pirate with no moral scruples whatsoever.
this here be the queer 'n' strange thread, so I would just suggest er ask if ye ha' tried this: me second Nathanial be tryin' ta take out Oxley before the British do. Blow the man down. Should be interestin' ta see what happens when he then sneaks in from the jungle ta talk with thee French jack tarr in a settlement that he already owns!
