The Attached tailor dialog file fixed the problem they have dialog again now.

Edit: and on the locations my thoughts haven't rely changed much they make me feel short but other than that i have no issues with them.

I can't play it for now, but will soon (in a week or so) and I'll post my opinion. But what I always wanted to change about game are banks, how lending money works. when you get to lvl 10 commerce you can store your money at 11% interest per month, and that is just too much. And you borrow money for 1% interest per month. Could we (or I, when get a chance) do something to change it to like 6% when storing gold in bank, and 8% when taking money from bank, at level 10 commerce?
And when on lvl 1 commerce, min interest could be 2% per month when storing, and when borrowing max could be like 15? idk which values are now (I haven't played it for month or so 'cos I'm really busy) but I think some editing is neccessary, as in game time goes pretty fast (map mode), and you can get rich very quickly that way. I know I have like 20ish million coins at banks with interest of 11% per month.
So, just thinking... I wrote too much stuff, but you'll forgive me

Should be doable. Not at home right now, so can't check. But that would probably just require changing a couple of numbers in the existing formulas.

where are the dutch naval uniforms?
Not yet included, because they are missing their code and portrait files. As per usual, there are only so many hours in a day. And my weekend was already pretty PotC-packed as it was! :shock

Renaming it did make a difference. I couldn't loot corpses at all so went back to no icons.

I don't like the big Tortuga either. The scale is just all wrong. I found everything after some searching but for me there were a huge list of TGAs' that could not be loaded and it crashed my game twice.

What I forgot earlier... Open PROGRAM\Storyline\LaCroix.c and remove this line:
Code:
AddStorylineVar(n, "BART_PUZZLES", "1"); // PB: Used for special storyline functions
That would be related as well. :facepalm

Do you have any error logs for that? Or system.log ?

I went to Aruba and the port had missing textures i dont know some bushes where not working but the rest is good but the scale is wrong and needs to be fixed doesn't fit in the game like Hylie said.

Here's the (fixed)file for this one for anyone who wants to try.

Please post your system.log file so we know which ones are missing.

Here ya go.
Thanks! Just sent a message to track down those textures.
The error about "Hero.gm" is pretty bad too. That was a bugged model and deleted for that reason a long time ago.
But apparently one character on Hispaniola was still set to use it! So I am now replacing that with "Espinosa". That certainly won't hurt either.... :wp

I removed that line and it made no difference. Has anyone else noticed this? If no one has then it is just a "feature" of this install.

Here you go Pieter Anything more just let me know im always watching
No missing textures in there. Are you actually seeing grey areas while in the game?
Do you have a screenshot of it?

Actually, removing that line might require starting a new game. Could you please do that for testing purposes?

I started a new game and the icons are indeed there.

Now to decide: New game or old game? :nerbz I'm up to level 13 and just got whupped in two different sea battles. :walkplank
